Request flight support in Sri Lanka
Send SEAS your aircraft details, routing and requirements, and our operations desk will coordinate ground handling, permits, fuel and trip support across Sri Lanka. One message starts the whole movement — you don't need to contact each service separately.
What to include in your request
Send the details the operations desk needs to check feasibility and arrange the movement in one pass:
- Aircraft type and registration, and the operator or company.
- Routing, dates and schedule, and the airport or airports involved: VCBI, VCCC, VCRI or VCCJ.
- Services needed: ground handling, permits, fuel, trip support, HOTAC and concierge.
- Passengers and crew, and any special requirements in the notes.
What happens after you send
The operations desk confirms receipt, checks feasibility across permits, slots and airport acceptance, and returns a coordinated quote for the services you asked for. Some airports carry extra requirements. Jaffna, for example, requires prior permission and advance notice for international landings, so send those movements as early as possible.
