What SEAS coordinates

Operational Services at VCRI

01 · Ground handling

Designated handler, supervised

SriLankan Airlines is the designated ground-handling agency at Mattala, and handling must be arranged before landing. SEAS coordinates with the designated handler and supervises the turnaround as your local representative. All arrivals and departures use SriLankan marshalling; parking is assigned by the Control Tower by aircraft type and apron availability.

02 · Fuel & technical support

Jet A-1, H24

Jet A-1 is available H24 through hydrant and refueller facilities, with published capacity of approximately 3 million litres. AVGAS 100LL is available with three days' prior request. Fuel uplift remains subject to prior confirmation for the specific aircraft and operation.

03 · Permits & regulatory

Colombo FIR coordination

SEAS coordinates the required Sri Lankan overflight and landing permissions for operations within the Colombo FIR, together with the associated handling, slot coordination and airport parking arrangements.
